Looks like ice this Wednesday morning and that's the only thing that'll get me on the tmill. I can deal with snow and rain but that ice stings. But I'm not looking forward to 8-10 miles on a tmill.
Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to
remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.
