Len, I took your advice and started a thread there. Here is the address: http://www.runningahead.com/groups/hmt/Forum/9f595c8a2a0147c0aa6dec9c8c3ecde3 We'll see how it goes! Mary
Bertha, I live north of Toronto, Canada, and the race in April is the Hartwell Half in Aurora, Ontario, a nice little town just south of whee I live. A very hilly course, so I'm not expecting to be any quicker than my first half which I ran in Toronto in October. I have also joined the half marathon user group, (and the Masters since I am 57 next month). Simon.

      PBs since age 60:  5k- 24:36, 10k - 47:17. Half Marathon- 1:42:41.

                                          10 miles (unofficial) 1:16:44.

Hey guys! Mary and WBertha, I'm in Iowa and yep. It was so cold earlier this week! It's warmer now, but still windy. Yowza! I'm coming off of a hip injury, so am still running slow and for small distances. But my goal is to work back up to a decent base before trying out a HM training plan this spring. Happy Friday!
