Run 3 marathons (modified: Run 2 marathons--Lost Dutchman 02/2015 and Whiskey Row 05/2015)
Run a 50-miler (Ran a 53.8 mile race 11/14/2015)
Run 1,500 miles (uhhh...how about 1,400?)
Stay healthy

It is for just a fast burst, but I don't know if those folks could run that fast even for 5 - 10 seconds.

I don't think I could, and I'm naturally a sprinter. I have no idea how fast my all-out sprint is, but I doubt it's even 14mph.
Well, I just hope someone clears this important enigma up. I'll simply toss and turn all night worrying about it.
