RIP Milkman
I am building out more of rehab / prehab routine and I found this incredibly helpful link regarding single leg squat exercises, considered to be a "must" for most runners. It works through the progressions you can do as you start getting stronger. Thought I would throw this out for folks who are looking for new ways to recover from injuries and stay injury-free, as I found so many different things across my research but this was the first to put it all in one place, including YouTube videos showing how to do each exercise.
I also thought this was really useful because it fits the requirement of what to do when you don't have access to a gym or free-weights.
Also happy to hear if anyone disagrees what's on here!
