Look what Running Can Do.. (Read 962 times)

    First off, I have lost 15 lbs since May 2nd...but I still have 20 to go. So, I am 36 and 20 lbs over weight...Went to the doctor and got check-up this morning... Blood Pressure...SYS was 123...DIA was 79 and Pulse was 59. Ahhh, it felt good to know I felt good Big grin
    2008 GOALS GET BELOW 175 (at 175 now) RUN 6:00 MILE (at 6:29) RUN BELOW 25:30 5K RUN BELOW 55:00 10K RUN A MARATHON (DEC. 6TH - MEMPHIS - ST JUDE)
