    Woot, I drank 8-12 oz. of Crystal Lite about 90 minutes before leaving for my run and had 0 problems! Guess that's the trick--no fluids right before my runs. k

    Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to

    remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.
