Thanks. Almost 100% treadmill. Dark here in the mornings w/no sidewalks and lots of animals to scare me to death. Scared of the trail as there are bears and snakes. Plus, it is hilly here in WV.

I didn't know if I would finish after taking a few months off during the summer to do Insanity, which left me little time to run. Plus, a nose surgery in August (hey, now I know what its like to breathe when I run) limited me for a bit.

Great job, Laura! I am a bit scared of the dark morning runs too....but I don't have bears to worry....just my own shadow. Great dedication!
