Sweet!! I didn't realize I was there. :-) Next goal is I have a 12 hr ultra race in June......get through that and then onward to the next ultra in Oct.
I seem to be getting slower with age, but I am still going and going and going. :-)

Going and going sounds good. I'm in a lull between races (2 halfs in April) and starting next half training in June for my fall races. Hoping for a repeat of my second race in April (very successful but not a PR), but hoping that I can get close to a PR again. I think it's doable. Change up some things in training. Above all, keep moving forward.
