First 12 mile week. (Read 207 times)

    Yay!!!! I finally made my first 12 mile week since I started back after surgery. I have been dealing with Tight quads and ITBS as well. Oh waht fun to be a runner. Went and got a massage from a sports massuse and have been using my stick and stretching. Going to get new shoes next weekend when I go to Kamloops for Spring Break. It's hard trying to hold myself back from trying to go too far too fast but I know I will just injure myslef again so slow and steady. Good running to all this next week. Enjoy. I hope to get outside once again. It's been ugly here with cold weather and blowing wind and snow. Oh will spring never come? I am so tired of winter. Corrinabear
