Yes, I did reach that goal once again, which feels very good - later than in 2018, that's for sure, but I did pay a price (physically speaking) for having exaggerated back then, both on volume and pace, in the months of April and May.

So, I necessarily had to re-think my approach this year.

And here we are... Now, I no doubt expect to reach, at least, 1000 miles in volume - and, if I can, maybe enter one or two 5 to 10 Km races later this year. At this point, it's just too damn hot to even start thinking about it.  ;-)
