        Woohoo. Thanks y'all.  What's next is keeping on running and work on the biking!  I always think i should throw in some yoga and strength training, but then I NEVER do.  Anyone have any tricks/motivations for incorporating non-cardio workouts?

          You and me both. If I knew, I'd be doing more of it.

          For a while, my DH and I were trying to do 15 to 20 minutes a few times a week of basic stuff like lunges/planks/etc, but then life got busy and we stopped.
