I just earned my admission ticket this morning... I'm now officially at 1000.1 miles for the year! Woohoooo! A month ago, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to run at all for the rest of the year, thanks to that stinkin' PF. But thanks to 5 wks of rest, a great physical therapist, and a new respect for the benefits of stretching... I'm running again!!! Yippee!

I know the feeling Daytona. I surpassed the 1,000 mile mark this morning. What a great feeling! This 1,000 mile club has motivated me to do over 250 miles more this year than last. Thanks and congrats again to everyone who made it and those who still are before the end of the year! Smile

Right on! I'll be toasting the whole group come New Years Eve. I'm looking forward to doing it again. (But for now, like you said Vista, it's time for a little rest. A few easy runs this week and next, and then I'll be ready to hit the ground RUNNING.)
awesome! I just made it today Big grin I let out a little whoop during my run, had it all figured out that 4.5 miles into it I would cross the barrier. I'm leaving the group now, be back in a few days for '08. Nice job everyone Smile
