                        I promised myself that I would do less running so that I could spend more time on other things. That's not working out. I admit it; I'm addicted. 1,000 miles, one more year.


                        MTA: I'll be doing at least the first couple hundred miles in my new NB Minimus Zero shoes. These things are cool, but they're calf killers. I love it, though!


                          Well as always...I am gonna give y'all a head start and then start running soon after.  1000 miles?  It could happen...but I happen to really like biking and skiing right now.  Will see...I get a bit competitive when Gig gets too far ahead

                          Run like you are on fire! 5K goal 24:00 or less (PR 24:34) 10K goal 50:00 or less (PR 52:45) HM goal 1:55:00 or less (PR 2:03:02) Marathon Goal...Less than my PR (PR 4:33:23)

                            Caught a cold...so stopped running for couple of days. Now the varmit is gaining on me... Angry  Hopefully tomorrow I can get some miles in...

                              I've been right around 500 mile the past three years, I really need to get more consistent! So 1000 in 2013 is my goal (as soon as I get over my ITBS).


                                Since 1243 miles seems a bit optimistic, I'll try to run 1000. This is a stretch also, just not quite as much.
