Solid 10k workout last night. (Read 468 times)

I've got a fever...

Had a good one. The workout is a treadmill run -- 4x3min @ 10k pace, with 3min recovery jogs. The intervals are done at 3% incline. I believe the idea behind this is not only does it get you used to running at 10k pace, but by running at an incline, 10k pace on flat ground will feel easier. I put a little kick on during the last one and ended up dry-heaving. I started with 4 b/c I hadn't done the workout before. I'm gonna try to build it up to 6 and then 8.

On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office.  But you will wish that you'd spent more time running.  Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
