A Saucy Wench

    Oh...hey...well I am doing doubles on Tuesdays now because my group run at the zoo, while intense, is short. So I go out for a short run in the morning. It helps me because my long run is sunday so a short easy in the am on tuesday loosens me up before I hit the muddy trail.
