Tracking 10k and 5K times in one run (Read 3 times)

Jhbugsy

I am new to Running Ahead and am asking for guidance.
I start my run with a fast 5K to determine my fitness level. Then I run back at a high comfortable speed to complete a run that totals 10 K. Then I log my 5K workout, and then another workout for my 10K. The problem is my 10K run includes the 5K that I just logged previously so the mileage is off. Is there a way to log both runs, perhaps as an interval,? How do I log the 5K/10K without overlapping the miles?
