Making progress everyday re: hip/groin. PT and slow training has been key, I think. Going to try a 5K charity run this Saturday. No objective other than to have fun and enjoy running in that atmosphere again. I'm at 245 miles for the year after today. Should get in 19 miles for the week. Baby steps.

Proud to report that these past 7 days, the bunny did not gain on me. I'm getting there. Hip/groin feeling pretty good after today's longish run. Hope everyone is having good running weekend.
