    Week 19 May 4 - May 10 or May 3 - May 9 Where is the bunny? 461.8 miles Where am I? 367.8 miles Gap: - 94 miles / Max Gap: - 97 miles Mileage last week: 26.4 miles Goal mileage this week: ~27 miles , recovering from 5K race the fist few days.

      Making progress everyday re: hip/groin. PT and slow training has been key, I think. Going to try a 5K charity run this Saturday. No objective other than to have fun and enjoy running in that atmosphere again. I'm at 245 miles for the year after today. Should get in 19 miles for the week. Baby steps.

        Making progress everyday re: hip/groin. PT and slow training has been key, I think. Going to try a 5K charity run this Saturday. No objective other than to have fun and enjoy running in that atmosphere again. I'm at 245 miles for the year after today. Should get in 19 miles for the week. Baby steps.

          Glad you are healing up! Have fun at the 5k. I'm at 505.1 for the year and will have very low mileage this week as I'm recovering from my marathon.

                  Nice report Chris! As I always suspected, the 4+ hour marathoners are usually more observant, getting more out of their marathon experience.
