2014 - 2500 miles
May - Under 200 lbs
Getting back in shape... Just need it to be a skinnier shape...
Run consistently
and this year run my first 50 miler.

1700 miles.
January
Foam roll 6 mornings a week.
Hip strengthening 5 days a week.
150 Miles.
Goals for the year:
Avoid injury.
Sub-3 for 26.2.
That second one will take a while, the first is probably more difficult.
Do what you want, just how you like. Nobody has to know.
