I WAS PASSED BY A RODENT! (Read 130 times)

Go Pre!

After 16 days off, I lost track of the bunny and now realize he (she???) passed me! Well I an HAPPY to say I ran 3 miles tonight. (MTA: First run in 16 days!) It was wonderful. The first pain free run in many months (Yes, the entire 2nd half of my marathon training was at ITBS ridden) I did not set any land-speed records but it was lovely to run without altering my stride to make up for the annoyance of knee pain. The bunny will continue to get urther ahead as I only plan on running short distances on alternating days for a couple of weeks ntil i am sure I am ready to get back into it fully. If all goes well, I will gain that ground back and pass him on my new years eve 5K race! D
Great news! Good luck with the pain free running, you never know, maybe the bunny will get injured too! Arne
