I think I'll try to set some PRs this year.
Runners run
Well, for a month that I didn't set any goals...I did pretty good. 2 workouts a week (for the first time, like, ever)... plus recovery runs, easy runs, long runs...I felt like a real runner! Also, my highest mileage month ever, 215. Pretty pleased.
I did pretty well in January...managed to stay just ahead of that pace bunny thing. Also, ran an unplanned half marathon in the snow! Now I guess I'll have to start training for my April half.
