Pace Groups Table (Read 168 times)

I just noticed last week that the this pace group wasn't being listed on the page I maintain at http://www.roadtoboston.com/RunningAheadPaceGroups/. The reason is that the name/URL of the group was changed. It used to be http://www.runningahead.com/groups/SBR but it's now http://www.runningahead.com/groups/1500 I've updated my script that extracts the data and now this group should be OK moving forward. Hey, Derek...how are you? Haven't heard from you in ages! Smile
I haven't been running very regularly thus I've only been popping in here every now and again. I'm trying to get started running again so I should be ground more regularly. My Achilles heel has been literally my "Achilles heel" that has prevented me from running. Coincidentally. I'm seeing an Orthopedic Surgeon this afternoon to see if he can tell me what is wrong with my heel. I recently found out that it's NOT a bone spur, which is what I was assuming it was all these months.

Oh, that stinks. I've been having chronic knee issues that are there enough to freak me out, but not enough to stop me. I'm taking 3 days entirely off from running to see if maybe things will resolve themselves...and increasing the quad work from here on out. I hope you get some answers and an end to the achilles issues. I have had occasional very mild achilles problems and they really are no fun.
