Okay, lets try for 200 mile again. (came close in May, should just about hit 190 tonight)

5K PR on June 30th (shooting for sub-19:00)

No races scheduled till July so maybe now I can get my mileage in.

          Goals:

          200 miles

3 solid 5k practice "races"  (meaning,  no formal race, just setting out to see what I can do)

                        an amazing likeness

                          1. 200 203 miles

                          2. 27 run days (or the real goal is 3 off days)

                          3. 1 "speed" (I heard you laughing at me calling it that...!) session per week, and a mid-week longish (trying to improve 10K and 1/2 Marathon times)

                          4. Stay ahead of Ileneforward in ytd.  (huff, huff)

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
