    On the road again...

Sorry about the legs, Kelly.  Gotta be tough, but it'll turn around.

I write. I read. I run. One time, I ran a lot on my 50th birthday.

      Paul

Yeah, well, I failed, too.  I didn't really even have a good excuse.  Well, for one of them I had a pretty good excuse.  Didn't PR at the Turkey Trot.  Didn't even try to PR.  I had an upper respiratory infection so instead I ran for fun.

Didn't get to my 200 mile goal either.  I had no real good reason for that.  My training plan I created didn't even get me to 200 miles once I bothered to add everything up.  Perhaps I should have paid more attention.

Hope your legs feel better soon!

        Well, failed at everything...

        Legs are not doing well...

        Ran 93 miles

        DNS the race.

        Very frustrated...

          This month:

          1. I got my running mojo back
          2. Surpassed my 2,000 miles for the year target
          3. In the same month celebrated my 10,000th kilometre since starting again in 2007
          4. Ran a 50km cross country, self-navigated run at -6° centigrade
          5. Ran 166 miles (including a small taper)
          6. Made a Snow Angel

Run is stupid, but I love it Big grin

Set 150 as the goal, got 121.

Next month, I should probably set a 200-mile goal, so I can maybe get to 150.

Speed my steps along your path, according to your will.

Start C25K?  Heh.  One day I feel great...the next I have severe back pain, great, calf pain, great, groin pain, etc...getting pretty over this.  125 miles I guess...maybe.

I did run 1500 miles from Nov 1 2009 - Nov 1 2010...so that must count for something, right?

I just beat my goal!  Woohoo!  Feeling OK...my issue is SI Joint related and it sucks!  Getting better every day still, so that is good.  I'll be over 1400 for the year, so, that is good.

250 I have one marathon I plan to jog but need some miles for my 50k in Dec. Someone remind me again why a 50k? I have lost all rational thought capabilities. Heh

Big fat fail - 207 and change. I need to stop slacking.

                      200 miles

                      A fast 10k (sub 42?)

Get my weight back under control

                      199.  Sigh.  I'll take that as on target I think.

42.56 for that 10k.  Not so good.  And I seem to be getting slower.

Weight has stopped going up but not started to go down much yet.

Mellow goals for this month after a big HM PR on the 30th of October:

                        1.  140 miles

                        2.  5K PR on Thanksgiving (actually want to get into the 22's somewhere)

                        3.  Get ready to start base building for my marathon in the spring.

Came up short on the miles with a brutal travel schedule for work late in the month.

Skipped the 5K since it was 3 degrees with blizzard conditions.

Now I am running in subzero windchills working on a buildup.  Fun.
