I live in a pretty running deprived area. Not a lot of good quality races to target.
I will probably run a XC race or two this fall that a local university will host. I'll probably run a 5k or something like that here or there... But the next track meet in the area will be about Memorial day weekend, 2011... So that would be the next time I can really try out my miler legs...
