      Have I mentioned lately how much I love my bike?  I'm switching to real road shoes and pedals in the next few days, too (Shimano 105 SPD-SL, Louis Garneau CFM-300 shoes...the road version of my mtn. shoes).  I start getting sore feet on longer rides and while pushing hard up hills...time for a bigger pedal surface.  <3 weeks until I bike across the state of MI (~150 miles). Big grin

      • Keep doing stuff.


        My bike miles are piling up but I have a bad leg so haven't run much never mind the 5 mile road race tomorrow night should kill or cure it.


        Xhristopher has already hit the targets but I guess he will be taking a rest now.

          Jules, which leg is bothering you?  My left knee is pretty angry.  Right knee is a little annoyed.  My quads have been feeling tight, so I think they're yanking my kneecap a bit out of alignment.  I need to be better about stretching, methinks.
