Well done ZZ, I pulled my hamstring and haven't run for a couple of weeks. It was really annoying as I'd just, got back into, the swing of things. We have had cold wet weather for a while now so most of my running routes are flooded anyway To cap it off I went out for a ride on Saturday and my rear gear, cable, snapped I haven't logged the miles yet but I think I'm just ahead of you on the bike. Just out now for a 100k ride as there's a break in the weather today. Motto for the month is "must try harder" Next month in France so not much running and July heading to London for the Olympics

Wow, what a lot of crummy luck you've had.  My mileage for running will start to tank after April.  I have a HM and 25k in the next couple of weeks, but after that nothing.
