Don't make excuses for why you can't get it done.
Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen.
Imminent Catastrophe
Thanks Happy. I did an easy 3 on the treadmill today with Coach Daisy supervising as usual. I didn't think she had the strength to come downstairs but she did, and got more than her usual one chewie per 1.5 mile coaching rate.

Daisy left us today. She went downhill so fast. Last week she was running free, today she could barely stand, and couldn't breathe while lying down. The vet was great, she came to our house.
