just when things were going good! (Read 192 times)

    wrenched my back yesterday morning pulling a T.V. out of the back of my truck DOH!

    going to try and get a couple miles today depending on how bad it is. Has anybody had tried to run

    with a sore lower back? It usually feels better when I'm moving around but when I sit for awhile

    it really "locks" up.

      Sorry about the back strain, Ed.  Try icing it.

      If it hurts when you run, then just walk; otherwise running won't make it worse.

      Avoid twisting or bending that make it hurt worse. 

      Don't make excuses for why you can't get it done. 

      Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen.
