            LIke Stadjak, I don't think I need to lose any more lbs, but need to convert some of the flab around my midsection into useful tissue.  Going to add myself here just so I can stay at 128 (or maybe lose a couple by Y/E).

              I totally understand this.  If things go according to plan (which has not happened thus far), I will lose most if not all of the weight this quarter by Thanksgiving then try to hold serve through the holidays.

                              MTA:  I did some research and this is my lowest reading since the 4th quarter of 2013, and that was from when I had my appendix out and lost 10 pounds temporarily.
