God fucking damnit. I was doing so well and then I spent three days in my apartment eating crap, drinking beer and watching hurrican coverage. Now I'm back at 179.  Oh well, time to try again.

        Starting Weight: 179

Beer is secure, and the house is so effing cold that I have no issues with finding a cold one.

          Cold beer is good.

Cold house is not. Hope the power gets restored quickly.

            Yeah. Adjusted starting weight 176.

Still will get to 165. Even if I have to amputate something.

Should be caught up now.  No weigh in for me week 1.  First weigh in is Friday, and I have a feeling that it won't be pretty.

              Not at it at all.

yes readjust my beginning weight to 128 as well. I've been hovering there for the past week

                    Prince of Fatness

No weigh in again this week.  I have not run since last Sunday and have not watched what I have eaten or drank.  I am sure that I am up a few pounds and do not need a scale to tell me that.

My brain is fried from these last couple of weeks.  This weekend I will catch up on some sleep and get back into a running routine.

Next weigh in is a week from today.

                      Not at it at all.

                            Week one 174

I weigh myself at the same time every day (first thing in the morning) and the weight fluctuates like crazy.  I'm guessing this is result of how dehydrated I am?
