HappyFeet, Corporate Cup Charlotte, March 8, Half Marathon, goal 1:50

March 19th New Jersey Ultra Festival 50 mile (may actually do 100k but am signed up for the 50 That is if I'm allowed to) Goal for 50 miler is sub 10 hour. I'd be super happy with 9:30-9:45

        MTA: add Goal

MTAA: Due to injury (damn idiot driver who hit me and damn me for thinking I had to be invincible and that there could be no repercussion from getting hit) to the  Cervical/Thorasic areas of the spine  I no longer have a time goal. Won't know the damage for a couple weeks at least (doc appointment on 24th which I'm sure they will be wanting a currant MRI done). I am just hoping to be able to run. Still may ask to change to the 100k if I think I'm capable. I've completely stopped any type of activity and hopefully doing that for a week or two and add physical therapy I'll still be able to run at the Ultra Festival

3/13 mara, would like to PR, so 3:15 I think

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

I don't need a kick in the junk, I'm racing a mara, which is plenty of pain already. But if you want a name, it's LPRM.

                8 March - Wellington 10k.  Goal.  Hmmm.  I don't do a lot of 10ks.  Sub 42 might be nice?
