2013 First Quarter Weight Loss Thread (Read 504 times)

    A few years back one of the "trainers" at the local Y measured my body fat with some cheesy little machine they had. Despite the fact that I was probably 15 lbs. heavier than I am now (and no, it wasn't muscle), the machine said that my body fat was 3%. I did try to tell her that yeah, no, not even remotely close to possible, but she insisted that it was accurate. So as long as I never ever get it measured again, I can claim that %. After all, it's been tested.

    A list of my PRs in a misguided attempt to impress people that do not care.


    Prince of Fatness

      186 this morning.  I was hoping to break even these last two weeks that included a vacation trip and came close.  At least it motivated me to get out the door during this frigid weather this week.

            Not bad, considering my intake of ice cream and junk of late.
