Here we go again.
Not at it at all.

According to my math this is a possible, but a long shot - Here are the stats that would make it true
* 2500 calories per day consumption (17,500 per week)
* 77 miles per week
* 5,000 vertical feet per week
I am way too slow and my kids are way too busy to run more than this on average. It's gonna be a hungry - Hangry Q4.
Long dead ... But my stench lingers !

Goal 158
I was 150 when I ran Baystate last year, but I have had a bad year of training, drinking, and eating, so it is time to right the ship.
My overall goal is to be back to 150 by New Bedford which is March 19th.
We are the music makers,
And we are the dreamers of dreams,
Wandering by lone sea-breakers,
And sitting by desolate streams;
World-losers and world-forsakers,
On whom the pale moon gleams:
Yet we are the movers and shakers
Of the world for ever, it seems.
Okay, I need to be in. After losing most of this year to nagging injury I've just recently been able to start running again. I've also ballooned up to 180 when I should be a lot closer to 160. For this quarter I'll be happy if I get to where I see a # that starts with 16anything.
Starting weight - 180
Goal weight - 169

Not sure I believe it, though. It's been a week of birthday cake and beer.
Skipped week #1
Hiking out at High Cliff state park I had a pop in my calf and shut it down Saturday and skipped Sunday long run. I wallowed in booze and food Saturday night and Sunday like the moron I am.
Before the injury I was at 61 miles and 4703 of vertical
I will weigh next week - I am testing tonight to see if it was serious or not.

Totally the wrong direction. I'd like to blame carbo-loading for the marathon. But really I just watched "Blue is the Warmest Color" and started salivating about spaghetti and meatballs of all things . . . and ate a pound of pasta in one sitting. Gotta stop fecking around.
Ostrich runner
182. Not sure what I'm down from, but it was substantially more...probably 195 or so late spring. Rough Trail 50k on Nov 12th, and hoping to be another 5 or so lighter by then.
