Goal: Not feel like a disgusting fatbody. I guess 163 is a good goal for Q1, pound a week.
Sad to think that in the first of these threads I was just trying to go from 153 to under 150....
I'm actually not all that disappointed with most of my diet. However like others here I need to invert my running and alcohol intake numbers. Frankly if I could significantly alter one or the other it would probably get me there.
