No W11 weigh in for me. I was too busy spending a few days down in Delaware gaining weight.
Not at it at all.

Overall good week, Workouts: Speed and 3 long runs, sold out on mileage and skipped the vertical ... I need my vertical - So, Bad Dopplebock!.
Long dead ... But my stench lingers !

This is the last week then we start another quarter.
I am excited for spring weather ... the chance to escape the house more often (Where the food and beer are kept)

176 for last week but all water weight loss. getting closer.

Well, just to close out: 185lbs. Didn't make much progress. But didn't lose ground. Too much company travel and too much travelling company this quarter.
2021 Goals: 50mpw 'cause there's nothing else to do
W13 - 158 lbs. Been sick all week. I figured that maybe I would have lost a pound or two, but the feed a cold, feed a fever mentality that I use kept me right at where I've been. Oh well, there's always the 2nd Qtr.
