      Managed to balance on one leg on the scale yesterday.  188.4, the same as two weeks ago.  I will take it.

            Feeling the growl again

              Since I did not believe this number when I got it last week, I will take seeing it again as a good sign.

               

              In that week, I also found myself back to comfortably using the appropriate belt notch...something not seen since about a year ago.
