    • Weigh-ins will be weekly.  You can weigh yourself as often as you like but please just post one a week.
    • Week will be Monday - Sunday, starting July 1.
    • Last week will end September 29.
    • If you missed the start and want to jump in any time feel free.

                        It's my ending weight...thought I was posting in the last quarter. I'm going to continue to be optimistic in spite of the last couple years and my limited effort. 178 goal.
