is definitely progress. Keep at it. 25 pushups is not something many folks can do.
It's taking me twice or three times as long as the plan calls for to move from one week to next, but I am progressing as well. Finished W5 C3 D3 with a max of 45 or 55, lost count somwhere, just could not do one more after that, so does not matter what the real number is, just that I am close enough that maybe I have chance to complete this challenge soon.
MTA - Has been a slow day at work, so did another Max set just now, and happy to report an 80. Not sure if I followed the "Good form pushups". Maybe there is something to Tony's method of doing the prescribed workout then a couple of hours later try the Max single set.

After I repeat W5 C3 I will likely do W6 C2 then W6 C3, unless I get 90 after W5. 19ish increase in a week IS a big hill.
