    Don't know what blood type I am but maybe I'm Type A, so I guess I should just quit running and start doing yoga.

      A = yoga

      B = yoga and weight lifting

      AB = yoga and yoga/weightlifting

      O = intense cardio

      Sad  I don't think I am O

        Someone needs to find that Dina dietician and slap her upside the head.  Criminy.  Roll eyes  I haven't read anything that boneheaded since Richard's last forum visit.  There is absolutely no science or even conceivable scientific hypothesis supporting this.

        And, I thought blood type B was for Beer.

          According to research by Dr. James D’Adamo, who wrote the original book “Eat Right for Your Type,” each blood type has evolved over the centuries and therefore, has different reactions to the food you eat and the exercise you do.

          Centuries of evolution, people. Centuries! The mind boggles at these crazy time spans.

          This is the dumbest thing I've read since....well, since a few hours ago. But still.

                      AB- So, yoga and weighlifting but I don't have to like it.

                        Do yoga.

                        Unless you're the universal donor.  Then do exercise that will increase your blood volume.

                        "When a person trains once, nothing happens. When a person forces himself to do a thing a hundred or a thousand times, then he certainly has developed in more ways than physical. Is it raining? That doesn't matter. Am I tired? That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be no problem."
