Fifty Days of FItness

Join me in fighting the 50's with 50 days of fitness from May 9-June 28th. June 28th will finish with some sort of physical activity, my way, your way, however you want. I am planning on a 50k that day, everyone can do what they want!!You can do all of some of it, 50 minutes, 50 situps, all of it, part of it, non of it, bike, walk, run, you get the idea.
