Chantilly - Light weekend!

adkkev - Not too many beavers out here.  Occasionally they show up.  Good work.

Art - guess Sunday is the day for 10 mile runs!  Good job!

Altair - I think it means more when you have to work to get your runs in.

Sunday turned into a rest day, sort of, ~10 mile hike to Feather Falls (4 hour drive from home) with a wife and a couple of friends.  Got in 25K steps and 220 floors.  According to the GPS watch 2500 feet of up and down.  Falls were fun and a good "rest" day after Saturday.
