    Not really planning to stop the 13.1+ milers, but today I ran 13.7 miles to make my 52nd for the year.


    Woohoo!!!  Now to see how many i can get in by the end of the year.  There are still 10 weeks left.  To be ambitious I think I'm going to shoot for 75 for the year - that's a bit more than 2 a week from here on out.


      It must feel good to knock of two or three HMs a week. Keep it up.
