What are the rules on the 13.1 Distance. I only ask as with the warm ups and cool down and the 2 races I did today the total is 13.9. does the 13.1 have to be run continuosly or is the 40 min drive to the next race ok?
"If you run, you are a runner. It doesn't matter how fast or how far. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run."
If Mel was driving, and your were hanging onto the bumper and keeping up it counts. Now if you were just cobbling together smaller runs during the day and 52n52 police figured it out, you wouldn't be eligible for the fabulous cash and merchandise prizes that await those that play strictly by the rules.
