Rick and Rob, wish I could run even close to those paces!  Makes my 9:33 look really slow......but I'm an old fart.

Two weeks is the Flirt with Dirt 10K up in Pinckney. Then on the 27th I signed up for the Solstice run in Northville. They are shorter so maybe my legs will last for them!
