Man it sounds weird but it is so good. Recommend for x-mas gifts this year. I used it in a dip. Blend with cream chease serve with blue chips. Num. Your tummy will thank me.

hub makes his own " hot" pepper jelly, using either Jalepeno or Habenero Peppers. I just glazed a pork tenderloin with it last night under the broiler right before it came out of the oven, and it was fabulous! It's also really tasty just as jelly on all sorts of things..... Nothing Weird at all about Hot Pepper jelly. YUUUUMMMM......
