FYI for Saturday stalking. Updates at 10K, 13.1, 17, 20, 25.1 and finish. It's Chronotrack though so it probably won't work. https://results.chronotrack.com/event/results/event/event-18355 I CAN HANDLE THE PRESSURE.

I would've ran this morning, it is currently an amazing 49 degrees.... but Dorian was very fussy from 4 AM and I've got my niece and her friend staying the night. No running today, but we're going to the Newport Aquarium today so we'll be doing a lot of walking.

Good morning Crew.
I have an easy run to tackle, then some decisions to make regarding what to get done the rest of the day. One thing for certain is I will be in front of a TV at 8:00pm for Michigan vs Rutgers, with some sort of adult beverage in hand.
Work and expo walking for me today.
FS- I'm tired just thinking about your day.
Phil is through 10k in 47:07, on pace for a BQ-7 (3:18).

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

90 minutes at long run pace - good thing I had planned to just run for 90 minutes from the start because Garmin is crazy today. No map, distance was off, and it tells me I had like 1300ft of elevation gain over a run that I know for a fact is less than 1/4 of that! WTF Garmin??
I was panicking a little at how it felt to maintain usual LR pace, not BAD but tougher than it should have felt, it turns out it was a little faster - 8:27 pace over 10.77 miles when I mapped it out versus 8:40ish over 10.5, wherever the hell Garmin pulled that from without a map. I'll take it.
Yup! And he will crush that number. Go Boon!
Didn't sleep for shit last night, up with a massive allergy attack. Fine this morning thought. Anyway, got 3 miles in, so all is good.

Boontracker: 13.1 in 1:40:27! Right on pace!

Good morning!
I see Baboon is giving it hell already.
I jogged 14 windy miles. That's my longest run since June, and I am so goddamn hungry that I may have to eat before I go eat.
Have a great day folks!
Runner with a riding problem.
His BQ is sub 3:25, but you were probably talking about his objective.
