Checking in. I haven't been running. Right now my goal is to stay active regularly, and get my weight back down to where it was when I started C25K years ago.
In good news, I finished the 2 year school admin program I've been working on in my "spare time" so now I only have my two half-time jobs (same employer, different supervisors). I'm applying for admin jobs and have had some interviews, still don't know where I'll land. In the mean time, I'm keeping on keeping on, one step at a time.
How have you all been?
How many countries have you visited since your last post?
Congrats on finishing the admin program, that's got to be a huge relief to be done.

Hi! It's good to see you around.
Runner with a riding problem.
I think just Peru, but that was a heck of a trip!
Hi there! How's the legs?
Thanks, I'm only just now accepting that I can do things after work and on weekends other than writing papers.
They are doing pretty good for their age.
Always a plus. Running at all, or "just"pedaling?
I've been getting away with about 30 miles a week for the last couple of months. Plus a lot of pedaling.
I haven't been running.
+1. But you probably know that, from the game.

Glad to hear it!
I might have heard about that
Hi! I've missed you!

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

I will tell you, the last time I ran was at the Eugene Marathon; if you ever do get back into that sort of nonsense again, I recommend it.
