    I was all excited to say this..... though someone pooped on my parade  .... you know who you are damn it.

     

    But for the first time in my running career (5 years) I have reached 200 miles for this month, the highest I have ever ran in a month!!!

    200 freaking miles!

    Are we there, yet?

      I decided not to go back out for another 4.4 miles, so I ended the month with 95.6, my lowest in over two years.

       2024 Races:

            03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles

            05/11 - D3 50K
            05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour

            06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.

                                Back in the late 80s early 90s, when small cars began to be all the rage in Canada, I was buying 70s cars for less than a grand and just having fun in these beautiful cars. Neither my dad or I ever had a Buick though. I remember that my dad's 76 New Yorker was making 8 mikes per gallon. But we had a heavy foot in those days.
