Run commute day for me. This evening I get the verdict from my dentist. I can't see how it would not be correct, but I can't be 100% sure.
Morning! I have Pilates and that's it for me. My instructor is back from vacation so yay.

I did not plan ahead on Monday and bring clothes to leave at work, so I had to carry the backpack this morning and fall clothes are heavy. Plus my legs are still tired, I always forget how long recovery can take sometimes. Anyway, a short and slow run/walk to work this morning, 2.4 miles total.
I ran 6. It was 30 degrees and I about froze my ass off, which is hilarious given my affinity for running in the 30s.
Need to get used to it most likely. Either that or I'm in for a long winter!

Got an email for a race I've done called "The 12k's of Christmas". We have discussed how non-shirt giveaways are often appreciated. This race gives a hat, but I think this one is a big nope for me.
I won't do the race (again) anyway because it's hilly AF, but the hat doesn't help.
Well it is an actual word.
Wouldn't be capitalized though.

Good morning!
I did an hour on the trainer, with 30 mins of it being a ramp test. I signed up for Trainer Road, and had to find out my ftp so I can get workouts tailored to my fitness. Knowing my power output was rather interesting, and the test kept my mind plenty occupied. I didn't have time to think about being bored.
