Medal Display Hanger (Read 269 times)

Smileyface

Now that Christmas is over, I'm finally going to buy something for myself.  I want to get one of those hangers to display medals.  I am aware of  Allied Medal Displays at medalhangers.com   But I also remember there was a lady from RWOL who also made these (her name was Guest##, or similar)  I believe she had an Etsy store.  I can't find it anywhere and obviously RWOL search feature has been useless.

Can someone here help me with a link or a private message. Thankyou!

Here's her store, but I don't see anything up right now. I got one and I love it.

I know the OP found what they were looking for, but while we're talking displays, I thought this medal and bib display was really cool!

They'll tell you that failure is not an option.  That's ridiculous.  Failure is always an option.  It is the easiest and most readily available option.  It's your choice though.

That's Guest2634.  She recently stopped selling them due to a job change.  She does amazing work, though!

Agreed. Amazing work, she does(did!). Mad skillz. I have one that says "Prove it!" she made.

Not custom, but a tie rack from Bed bath and Beyond is how I display mine.

Need to get another one, as it just filled up.

Ah that explains it. I hope she finds more time to do them, they are awesome.

FYI, the Allied ones are a RWOL'er, as well. I tend to think they are sturdier, but YMMV.

Holy K-rist...  128 bucks for a shaped board and some off-the-shelf towel hangers?

I am for people earning some cash for 'custom' creations but that is way overpriced for the work put in.

I liked the Allied ones and Guest's so much that I made two of them myself out of mahogany. Finished the first one (24") as a birthday present for myself and the second one (20") is drying as I type.

I have this one from Gone for a Run:

It's almost full, actually.  I'm trying to decide whether I want to get an extension bar or a second hanger altogether.  The only thing that annoys me is that I have to unscrew it from the wall when I want to add a medal; I'd rather be able to just slide it on.
